One of the main political topics at this time is the renewing of the New Zealand flag. This is not a new concept for New Zealand, there have already been 3 changes to the New Zealand flag. Check out the link about to some more info.

Ngā pātai o te wā - The questions


P1. Tukuna mai tētehi whakaahua o tō tohu ā-kura, ā-mahi rānei. Whakamāramatia mai tōna āhua. Post a picture of your school or work emblem/ logo. Explain what it represents.

P2. Ka pēhea ō whakaaro mō te take whakahou haki a John Key? Ko tēhea te haki pai ki a koe? He aha ai? What do you think about John Key wanting to renew the New Zealand flag? Which flag do you like? Why?


P3. Waihangatia mai tētehi kara mō Aotearoa. Whakamāramatia mai tōna āhua. Design a flag for New Zealand. Explain what it represents.
